Who we are
Mindful Living UK is a network of people in the UK who practice mindfulness meditation and aspire to develop peace and happiness both in ourselves and in the world by living according to the teachings on global ethics of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. His teachings, which can be followed by people of any religion or none, are notable for their emphasis on joy, engagement in the world, and integrating the practice of mindfulness into daily life.
Mindful Living UK is a working name of The Community of Interbeing UK, a registered educational charity.
What we do
Mindful Living UK offers local groups (Sanghas) that meet to practice sitting and walking mediation and support each other along this path. We also offer a programme of Mindfulness Days and Retreats, including family retreats for all ages.
